Little Man on Wheels due out in August

After four years and more than 100 interviews, the definitive biography of the man Lance Carson called "the neon sign of surfing" is due out in August. With a Forward by Nat Young and Introduction by Greg Noll, Little Man on Wheels tells Dewey Weber's life story from his growing up in Manhattan Beach and rise to surfing stardom, through the creation of Dewey Weber Surfboards, and his decline into alcoholism. The book details his impact on the sport and his enduring legacy and is illustrated with photos by LeRoy Grannis and other photographers.
